Why's that Laura? Is it because they are smaller and eat more often? xoxox | |

| Different species of snake digest at different speeds. A boa for example will store up the meals for over a month before going to the toilet, whereas a corn will take around 3 days. Corn snakes are in the family Colubridae and all of that family seem to poo a lot, whereas the Boidae and the Pythonidae family go less. | |

| Any boas are in Boidae. All of the boa constrictors are, rianbow boas, the tree boas etc. Boas are all live bearers as well so they do not lay eggs as most snakes do.

| Oooooh are they expensive Laura? What's the different between a guyanan and a suriname? Are they a sub-species of each other?

| You are looking at around £250+. They are the same species just from different localities. This is a suriname that I think is stunning [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]Unfortunately, Boa constrictor constrictor the true red tail boa is notoriously difficult to keep and grow to bigggg sizes. We have three Boa constrictor imperators which are easier to keep and are a bit hardier. This is a new morph that I have found recently and would love. It is a form of albinism that makes them look stunning [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]All three of these boas have one of the same genes but alongside other genes too. xx | |
