Meet Rodney ...picture heavy x

This is our latest additon Rodney .. he is a Citrus Bearded dragon ....

After collecting the rescues yesterday Ed thought they were lovely , Ed isnt really into pets like i am ..so even though i say Rodney is mine i actually think he is more Eds .. but i am happy to share .

He is settling in ... he loves crickets and has had a fair few and is happy to munch on mealies he will be fed a mixture of a veg diet and a live diet ..x

This little guy and four others were free to a good home .. please excuse Bo's grubby nails ..lol x

He looks a little mad in the side shot as he has gone quite dark .. he has a nipped tail as i was showed him with four other males Rodney been the biggest he is a little scatty but not to bad im sure he will get use to us x

he looks like my sami! he was citrus but not nearly as citrus as nino x

he looks more yellow in the pictures Pammie but he is really sweet ...just not been handled i dont think x

Rodney is lovely - you would do better getting him on locusts that have been gut loaded - not much nutrition in crickets x

Thanks for that Helen ... the guy said he only gave him Crickets .. so we got some brown crckets and i got live mealies i will get some gut loaded locust tomorrow how big shall i get them ....?

Does anyone no when I can buy in bulk ed said he is going to do a locust and mealie farm to save on some pennies be good for hogs and Rodney x

My mum buys a big canvas bag of locust online at live food uk the big size before they get wings usually. Niño loves them much more than crickets x

She eats them any way as many as I will give her. She will even eat the massive ones with wings x

I have only got the medium crickets but he has made short work of them , Ed is feeding him the crickets as I can't yet lol but I am hand feeding live mealies x

Thanks Fiona he is ok on handling but he does sometimes try to get away .. Bo can hold him quite confidently but Meme and Kenziie nooo they like to watch him but not to hold him .. i love holding him ... they are interesting to watch x

Aww, sure he'll settle in time. Probably just dying to investigate about at the moment. . Looking forward to hearing about his future antics! xx

Haha, yeah, am debating setting my laptop up, as would be much easier. takes abou 10 mins to get it working, but then takes about ten mins for my phone to do anythign. Haha.

lol ... I have a ipad but need the laptop to load pictures .. as i dont no how from my Ipad .x

he is lovely.i really like beardies held one once and didnt feel like i expected. Iam on my phone now as kev on lap top its loads harder and slower.

preloved is a bad place sometimes but pleased you found these guys.are you grting the camelon then?
