This is the little one that came in with a strimmer injury. She was at the vet for several days to have necrotic tissue removed and infection monitored. She has been back here for several days and is being treated with the wonder liquid we've won a years supply of. The wound is starting to heal nicely which is amazing considering how bad it was when she arrived.
The concern long term is that there is damage to the orbicularis muscle which allows her to curl so we have to wait and see.
Oh bless her, I wonder that if there is long term damage, will she have to be adopted as an indoor hoggie or go to a home where she can still live outdoors (but with some way of knowing that nothng can get in to her) in somebody's protected garden and live happily ever after....
