Yes he looks way to thin. Could be thyroid problem and that is why he got so large

Was that the Guiness Book of Records Pam? Meant to watch that and forgot - there is a doggie programme on ITV Christmas Day or Boxing Day - will have to check.
Looks a tad on the thin side to me as well but then again, most of my pets are chunks!

he is a horse...lol i bet he eats her out of house and home... he must have some kinda problem that makes him that size and the downfall that thin...
