Hedgehogs are becoming a relatively rare sight in our gardens these days. Numbers have plummeted in the past ten years and the weather hasn't helped.
Confused by the late arrival of spring in 2013, hedgehogs are only just coming out of hibernation, six weeks late.
In Cambridge a hedgehog hospital released some of the dozens they've been nursing throughout the winter.
