Padfoot xx

Padfoot is doing well after his ordeal and is happier than ever.

Just finished off his last bottle of synulox. He still loses 3/4 quills a day - I don't know if this will ever stop, or if it will just take a good while for it to settle down, as he's still growing them in too. The bald patches are gone. His skin is so much better, but he still gets the odd dry patch on his mask, which I treat with Aveeno.

He is being stubborn and is staying at the same weight - which is good, not losing any - but I'd like to fatten him up a bit more. Just not sure how as he's a very fussy eater! Seems to have gone off chicken so it's mince from now on.

Your boy is gorgeous What was wrong with him if I may ask? x

It turned out he had a bad infection on his lungs and he only had the use of one lung - he didn't want to eat and was a very poorly boy - the right medication and some syringe feeding and Christine has got him back to a healthy boy xx

Christine was fabulous when it came to Padfoot's care and believe me, she had a tough job to do but she did it - very proud of Christine and Padfoot x

It was touch & go but Padfoot is a determined little hoggie & Helen saved his bacon xx
