| I collected my over winter foster hogs from Wallasey yesterday. I have 3 spiky bundles. I have Izzy, who has been hand reared. She arrived at wallasey when we were there the last time. She was a tiny little thing then. It seems fitting that we look after her. Then there is Poppy. She is a confident little lady and eats everything in sight - greedy monkey! We also have Sticky, who is a very shy hedgehog. Sticky will be sharing with Poppy, as they have been together for a little while at Wallasey and seem to have a nice little bond. Poppy looks after Sticky. When I put their food out last night, Poppy kept going back into the house to try and coax Sticky out which I thought was very sweet. When we got up this morning they were cuddled together, even though there is loads of space in the house. It seems a shame to separate them and Claire agrees. It does leave me with another cage to house another one or two if Claire gets over run again! This is little Izzy! [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]This is Poppy! | She's a little monkey, hehe! I will keep you posted on here. They are settling in really well. They don't smell as much as my last 2, which is nice! x x | |
