Meet Emma

This is the lovely dog that we are hoping to adopt through Erin Hounds.

Have just had a lovely chat with her current foster carer and she told me that if she personally was younger, she would not let her go - she is currently homed with a jack russell and they get along well so we should have no problems with Diddy Dog as she has never been used for racing. Born in 2011 so a younger dog which should suit Diddy as well.

We are going to meet her at her carer's home this week and then take Diddy dog to meet her x

Well, Emma will be Nick's dog - he has really missed Jack and his hedgehog Hermione and when I asked him what he wanted for his 18th - he said his own doggie - so Emma will be his 18th Birthday present, as soon as I know she will be fine coming home with us we will get the bowls, collar, lead and coat - Nick can choose them x

We have just got back from meeting Emma and her foster mum - I have to take my hat off to Elizabeth her foster mum, she has done a fantastic job of looking after her, from being a little shy girl, she has turned into a very affectionate and loving dog who just loves cuddles. We took Emma and Diddy Dog for a walk together and for the most part they had a sniff of each other, Diddy had a little snap at Emma but nothing to worry about - they pretty much did their own thing.

She has put some weight on, but does need to put a little more on as she is very thin but that will come in time.

We just need to get her things organised and then we shall be bringing her home on Sunday to start her new life with us xx

Yes and he is not happy at all! Told him that he keeps telling me he is going to do things that make him happy and so am I and that anyway, Emma is Nick's - he will come round!
