Ody enjoying his xmas dinner

Honestly wasn't sure Ody would still be with me at xmas, so it was an absolute pleasure to give him his xmas dinner, and after his ointments see him happily munching it.

I think while there's chicken and veggies going Ody is not planning on going anywhere. x

I explained to Ash yesterday why I hadn't been able to come up on xmas eve. Told him Ody was old and needing extra looking after. He looked down and in a really sad voice said 'I don't want any more of your hedgehogs to die'. Bless him. Broke my heart. I told him that Ody had lived to a very good age for a hedgehog, and he was still going. He just wasn't able to walk, but was now a little grumpy pensioner. And he had lived a very good life and made some very special friends like Ash. he smiled then and said 'yeah'.

He needs to come and tell some of mine to be grateful - cooked them mince, don't give it them very often but Belle and Sorrel have turned their flipping noses up at it! Chicken tomorrow!
