| Hi there, thought I should introduce myself! I'm sarah a 32 year old living in Suffolk. I am a complete animal lover and would dearly love to add a spike kid to our family. I live with my husband, our 2 dogs, 2 cats and 5 rats. I have Fibromyalgia so am home most of the time.
We live in a rented house and need to get the landlords permission before we can take on a hog so at the moment I am doing as much reading up as possible to know what to do and expect if the landlord says yes.
You probably won't see me post much atm as not having a hog I don't have much to say! | |

| Hi Sarah! Welcome to the forum! I'm Melanie and I have a zoo full of animals. I have a cat, a tortoise, 2 snakes, a tenrec and 12 hedgehogs!! Plus a large tank of fish and snails. We're a very friendly bunch on here, so if you have any questions feel free to ask away. There is usually someone around to help out with advice etc.  | |

| Welcome to our happy family love, your pets sound wonderful. I have 1 hoggy, 1 cat, 3 hermit crabs, a gorgeous Tarantula, two (soon to be 3) guinea pigs and a spoilt house bunny. I am disabled too love so I spend most of my time at home too.

| Thanks for the warm welcome although as an arachnaphobic (sp) the mention of a tarantula made me shudder...all the others sound wonderful though =)
And I am yet to come across an animal lover, who is passionate enough about animals to join a forum, that is anywhere near sane! | |

| A lot of people are terrified of spiders hun, I just love them. I have been told I am a bit dotty which I think is kind for insane LOL!!
