Houndini was found in a garden, in the rubbish with a carrier bag around his neck, and was by the time he was found in need of vet attention, thankfully the house owner found them and took him to the vets for treatment.
They found a plastic string so tight around his neck which had tunneled through ventral neck that the string had to be pulled out, which was cutting into the dorsal neck [muscle area] he was initally treated with norocarp and baytril.
I am pleased to say that he is back to full health and has now been released into the garden
