Whats the safest disinfectant to use?

Just done my hoggy clean out, what disinfectant do you use if any?

I use the beaphar one for cages but just use hot water with a bit of fairy liquid for dishes and toys

I use hibi scrub ... i get it from the chemist ...x

I just use a packet ov baby wet wipes!! Lol and wArm water and a rag!!

Use that to clinically wash my hands, but now they found out it dry up the hands!!
