Bear .... my grump .x

Bear .. was at the vets last week as he wasnt looking well they gave him a dose of antibiotics got home this evening and he has a huge lump on the side of his face ... looks like a a abcess ..he is off to the vets at 7.10 he looks really sorry for himself...he also looks like he has lost a little bit of weight ...x

Keep your fingers crossed for my grump .x

Thanks Jake i dont think its life threatning but he doesn't look like he has improved any .. havign to take him to a different vet ... as the hospital is closed .x

always best to check it out like your doing xx

I just want to get him there .. and get it drained .... to make him more comfortable .x

yeah, i bet its quite annoying and a lil painful for him xx

yeah i think it mabe as he is dribbling .. so i about 95 percent sure its a abcess as if it was a tumour .. it wouldnt have come up over night ..

I am also so glad that i put money away each week .. for the animals althoughi am thinking now Bear is getting older that i will insure him x

My poor bear little pissed off with the vet last week now ... he has a abcess from the bite under his chin its draining so we have to keep it clean but Bear has a tempof 40.3 so no wonder he was just laying around today .. he has had a strong antibiotic slow release over 2 weeks a anti inflammatory that will cover for the next 3 days .. he said we should notice a big difference in the next 48 hours . Its not his tooth as i thought but the abscess is pressing on his facial nerves its quite big ..

He just lay there not bothered at all...not like Bear at all ..Meme cried .. but the vet did say he would check him Sat free of charge .. and he doesnt think he will need anymore treatment ...x

thats good news, that he will feel better with in 48hours..poor bear.

awww poor bear. hope the meds kick in quickly for him so he isn't in to much discomfort xx

Bears temperature has gone down and he was quite active last night so fingers crossed he is starting to feel betters.

Thanks Fiona abear is improving everyday and I have noticed a difference in the size of the lump so fingers crossed , he will be fine x
