just taken in a wild hoglet . saw him out last night at 6 20 . came home from work and he is out again , neighbours say he as been out all day bless . got him wrapped up warm and taking him to carers tonight . he is same size as felix but only weighs 296 grams .
he is so lovely , but would never last a winter .

am sure he will be ok . he is lovely with the biggest bobble nose and huge feet . least he is going to be cared for

i havnt seen an alive wildie in ages...

he is out and eating now . you can see his back end is skinny . am very lucky having wildes in the garden and he is one of the regulars babies . have got him on film as i film them every night, am an anorak lol

Well done Alison - the autumnal babies will start appearing now - more for our carers to look after over winter - one more saved xx

well guys thats 1 rescued hoglet was a little boy , and was told he had no chance left to fend for himself . am happy but sad as he was my new generation to look after . thanks to rochdale hedgehog rescue .

they are so busy with all the sick hedgeys i did nt ask for updates felt rather humbled . these people work so hard , just left a donation . he looked ok apart from his weight no ticks , or flees that i could see . peter picked him up and popped his fingers under his front legs so fast to stop him curling up was amazed i know he is in good hands . x
