if and when buying a pet...

Please think before you buy an animal:

Can you cope with training?

Can you afford vet bills if needs be?

Can you afford to buy worm and flea treatment?

Have you got the time?

Are you trying for a baby and if you do get pregnant will you 'have' to re-home your pet?

Have you already asked your landlord if s/he allows pets?

Have you taken your other pet along to see if they get along before bringing the new addition home?
