Schoolboys killed hedgehog by using it as a football

A HEDGEHOG died after two boys used it to play football in their school corridor.

The 15-year-olds were caught on CCTV booting the animal around before a teacher took it outside.

But the hedgehog was later kicked to death in the Barnsley playground.

Both boys, who cannot be named, admitted cruelty and were given referral orders at Barnsley magistrates court.

The RSPCA’s Becky Follows said: “For a live animal to be kicked around for entertainment is not acceptable.”




Now call me a picky bugger, but couldn't the teacher have called a hoggie carer - terrible.

I read this and was outraged .. i think he should have been seriously punished .x

I am outraged too, little *******!! If I had my way he would be racked!!!!!
