| I rescued Archie from the cats league in 1990 he was the most beautiful cat i had seen he had blue eyes .. he was named Snowball and had being thrown out of a high rise flat i can't remember what floor he had a cast /splint on his foot ... I asked when he was going to be up for rehome and they said a few weeks ... I told them i wanted to bring him home .. after the paper work a home check i was able to pick him up ... Snowball was no name for a boy cat  so i called him Archie .. as he lifted his back up so high when i stroked him . When we moved i worried about him settling in but he was fine .. and he use to come and go as he pleased i am sure all the old ladies fed him in the home next to us ... I knew he was slowing down but the one day he came home and i knew that time was running out his eyes had gone yellow .. i had one more night with him before i took him to the vet i knew i wouldn't come home with him ... They gave me some time to say goodbye and i had Archie put to sleep his liver was failing with age and i didn't want him to suffer ... To say i was heartbroken .. was a understatement I had had him longer then i had my children ... just wanted to share .. i lost a lot of photos of himm when my old laptop went bang ... this is the only photo i have and it was about 3 weeks before he died . | 20 years Tayer ... he was only a baby when i got him .
I don't no if anyone has had a pet PTS but i saw Archie leave it was all in his eyes .x | |

| Yeah he did Melody .. he had a friend .. that i adopted around the same time he was a ginger moggy who had three legs .. we called him Tripod .. but the lady up the road from where we lived pinched him but no matter how hard she tried to keep Archie .. he always come home ...x | |
