It's lovely that your so excited about Poppy but forgive for asking, have you taken her to a vet yet? I might be reading this wrong, but it doesn't look lke you have and it's really important that you do.
A vet can confirm the pregnancy and - depending on how far along she is - estimate the size of the litter. They'll talk you through what to expect and what to monitor during the labour, delivery and postpartum- really mportant with a first litter. Most importantly, there will be a note of Poppy's due date so that if (heaven forbid) anything should go wrong and they need to intervene, her notes will be readily available. A lot of vets ask you to let them know when she starts nesting, and agan when she appears to be in labour so that they can notify their out of hours teams - just in case.
I'm sure she'll produce some adorable puppies. Can't wait for the photos!
