'Sharp' in my hedgehog unit at 02:00 hrs this morning, looking tired after his winter hibernation.

He had 6 ticks which I removed and he seems to be covered in patches of yellow algae.

When I think he is strong enough I'm going to give him an Imavarol bath to clear this and the spot of ringworm on his underside.

Sharp is no stranger to my Hedgehog Unit, he quickly settled in, eat a dish of Iams kitten biscuits and went to sleep in the new nest box that had prepared for him.
The faecal test this morning only showed one nearly dead Crenosoma larva. The sample also showed that he had been eating a vegetable diet, there were no insect parts in it.

He will be tested everyday while he is staying here.
