just wondered does anyone use just normal heat bulbs in there viv obviously with a thermostat if so what watt and what types thanks

No Tracy they wouldn't be suitable to put into a viv they would give off to much light and too much heat you need to get the appropriate bulbs for your viv .x

hahah no worries u see i got a 40watt one free with nukies viv would that be suitable and would i need to use a thermostat x

I always suggest using thermo's for safety reasons yes .x
