They are lovely do they get on well together? x

I love Degus , i no all animals have the tendancy to bite ... but do Degus i see them all the time in pets@home and i want to take them home .x

Degu! Much like a prairie dog! WANT!!!!!

I've got 4 and have never been bit by any of them. Once used to you they
are very tame, bold little critters.
The 2 boys live together and the 2 girls in another cage. They do squabble
but not fight, they stand up on their back legs and put their paws on each
others necks and push each other ..... it looks like they are strangling each
other

My prairie dog did that with its cage mate at the store I bought him. Prairies are known to bite and chew things but my chucka is very well mannered and has never bit and runs free supervised with the cats, rabbits and hedgies, hes really great
