Heat

What do you use? I am considering heat lamps or heat pads that would be good with a wooden viv.
Does anyone have any suggestions? Currently I heat him by central heating but its getting a bit hot for me.

i asked this recently....kinds under temperature!! but i havnt got any heating on at the mo, and the temp gage says 20/21 ish!! when it gets lower i have put a snuggle safe in her bed, but she hates it and goes to sleep on the top floor under her pouch!!
so im guessing she like to be at this temperature!! in the winter ill have the heating on, so hopefully itll stay at this temp...????
it would be nice to hear, what others do tho??
