| This is the little one that was dropped off with me on Sunday evening - sadly, Virginia was full up - a lot of hoglets have been coming in and a lot of carers are full to capacity - looks like mum's are leaving the babies earlier than usual. Whether I will get any updates I don't know, but this one has gone to Barbara Roberts who has over 30 years of experience - more important that the hoggie got the help needed. | She is Manchester way which is close I suppose, Virginia has given me the name of another lady now and I can drop any off at the vet's in Leigh which would be my preferred choice in all honesty | |

| Leigh is just where the vet is, the carer is based in Rochdale - just go on recommendation Lou - was made to feel like the anti christ as I had hedgehogs in the house! They belong in the wild ! Same at the vet's last night, lady came over to see what I had in the carrier - oh a hedgehog - said no, actually a tenrec, more related to a shrew, the daughter of the lady then harped on about APH as the must have pets and now they are been abandoned - told her straight that like any other pets, there are always a minority who spoil it for the majority and at the end of the day both of us were at the vets to get their pets looked after! | |
