I have just checked on lou and although her leg is swollen it is now back to a normal colour which is a relief, she has just had a small potter about and is definately using the leg - weight bearing on it and not holding it up - so fingers crossed, so will continue to improve - she will have a little more metacam tonight and I have to ring the vet in the morning x

i ordered one of these just before xmas but changed my mind more or less as soon as i ordered because to tell you the truth they dont look very good just looking at them im so glad after reading this i did cancel now and your so right you would think a hog owner/breeder would no better

I had two houses and they had all lose thread once I had washed them, had to go straight in the bin, disgusting xx

That is just disgusting that someone is getting away with selling things like this. I am hoping to get a viv in the near future but am a bit worried now in case I end up getting one like this xx

Lou is recovering although her leg doesn't look pretty at all - it has knocked her off her food a little but the important thing is that she is recovering - always worth asking anybody if they have used certain products before purchasing them to avoid these things happening.
